2️⃣ General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of magazines and fanzines on the Instant Tribune platform. The platform receives a commission on each sale.

2. Products

  • Products offered: new magazines and fanzines.

  • Condition, description, and price are provided by the seller and verified by Instant Tribune before publication.

3. Price and payment

  • Prices shown include all taxes (VAT included).

  • Secure payment via Stripe to the Instant Tribune account

4. Delivery

  • Shipping is handled by the seller or by Instant Tribune, as agreed.

  • Boxtal generates the shipping label

  • Payment to the seller is made after shipment confirmation.

  • If the customer does not collect their order from the collection point within the carrier's allotted time, Instant Tribune will refund the customer the amount of the items and retain the shipping costs.

5. Right of withdrawal

  • In accordance with the law, the buyer has 14 days to withdraw (except for second-hand products if expressly accepted by the buyer)

6. Responsibility

  • Instant Tribune cannot be held responsible for delays or losses related to shipping.

  • The seller is responsible for the quality and condition of the product sold.

3️⃣ Privacy Policy / GDPR

  • Data collected: name, email, delivery address, bank details (via Stripe)

  • Use: order processing, shipment tracking, sales-related communication

  • Sharing: only with Stripe for payment and Boxtal for shipping

  • GDPR rights: access, modification, deletion of your data upon simple request by email

4️⃣ Cookies

  • This site uses cookies to: improve user experience, secure payments, and track analytical activity

  • The user can accept or reject cookies via the popup provided by Wix.

5️⃣ Manual repayment clause and commission

  • The platform takes a commission on each sale (5%).

  • The remaining amount is paid to the seller after confirmation of receipt from the buyer.

  • The user is informed that payment to the seller may take a few days depending on shipment verification.
